A PERSON, for the purpose of AirBooks, is an individual who is a pilot, student pilot, AME or any other individual who will be recording activities such as flights, aircraft defects, deferrals, repairs, dispatching, etc. on behalf of an OPERATOR. There is no fee to sign up as a PERSON

An OPERATOR, for the purpose of AirBooks, is any entity or individual managing one or more aircraft for which they will be giving authority to themselves or other PERSONs such as pilots, student pilots, AMEs, dispatchers, etc. to make entries into flight records and aircraft logbooks.
